Iice Technologies Ltd

Our base for Iice Technologies Ltd is at B 98 in Lohia Nagar, Ghaziabad. We’ve been here for a while now and the 201001 area is where we feel most comfortable. It’s a straightforward setup. We don't have any of those modern office pods or bean bags. We just have sturdy tables and chairs that have seen a lot of use over the years. We handle various technical jobs throughout the day. Some are easy and some take a lot of patience. There’s a lot of talk about "innovation" these days, but we just call it doing our work. We aren't trying to change the world, we’re just trying to solve the problems in front of us. The street outside can be a bit dusty, and the noise of the city is always there in the background. We’ve gotten used to it. Most of the people working here live nearby, so it’s a bit like a local shop in that way. We know each other’s families and what everyone likes for lunch. It’s an unpolished kind of place, but it works for us. We don’t spend time on big meetings or long emails. If something needs fixing, we just talk about it and get it done. It’s a practical approach to business that has kept us going all this time in Ghaziabad.
