Our place is located in Sector 11 of Vasundhara, right at 11 438. It’s a quiet enough part of Ghaziabad, mostly residential but with some offices like ours sprinkled in. We work on software here at Icreate Softwares Ltd India. Most of us have been doing this for years, so it’s just second nature now. The building is simple, nothing flashy at all. We have our computers set up and we spend the day writing code and fixing bugs that pop up. Sometimes the power goes out, and we all just take a break until the generator kicks in. It’s a very local feel, not like those big tech parks in the fancy cities. We know the grocery store owners nearby and the guys who deliver our parcels. The office can get a bit cluttered with papers and old hardware, but we know where everything is. We don't really have fancy meetings; we just talk over our desks. It’s a practical way to run things. Ghaziabad can be dusty, so we’re always cleaning the monitors. We’re just a group of people who enjoy working on software without all the corporate drama. If you need us, we're usually here from morning until the sun goes down. We keep a stash of biscuits in the drawer for the afternoon slump and some extra chairs for guests.
