We are located up on the 9th floor of Avalon Tower, which is part of the Mahagun Mascot complex in Crossing Republik. It’s a bit of a climb if the elevators are busy, but the view of Ghaziabad from up here is actually okay. Ibon Technologies Private Limited has been operating from this spot for a while now. Being in a place like Crossing Republik means there’s always something happening outside. It’s a lively area. Our office isn't some polished corporate showroom. It’s a working space where things get messy sometimes. We have papers, cables, and half-empty mugs of chai scattered around most of the time. We aren’t bothered about looking perfect for guests. We just want to get the work done. The team here is a mix of people who’ve been with us from the start and some newer faces. We don't have those long, boring meetings that lead nowhere. Usually, we just shout across the room if we need help with something. It’s a very direct way of working. Ghaziabad can be a bit chaotic, but inside the tower, we have our own little rhythm. We handle tech stuff because that’s what we know. We don’t try to pretend we’re bigger than we are. It’s just us, some computers, and a 9th-floor office in a busy township. It works for us and our clients seem to appreciate that we’re just regular people.
