Ib Systems

Ib Systems is over at Plot No 469 in Sector 4 of Vaishali. We’re in Flat No 8, which makes it feel a lot more like a home than a workplace. Ghaziabad is a busy place, but this little corner of Vaishali is where we settle in to work on systems. Being in a flat means we have a kitchen and a spot to relax, which is handy when we’re working late. The desks are squeezed in wherever they fit, and there are wires running along the floor most of the time. We aren’t trying to impress anyone with a big glass front or a receptionist. If you come by, you’ll likely find us in our sleeves, staring at screens or fixing some piece of hardware. It’s a messy, productive environment. We know the local guards and the shopkeepers downstairs. The stairs can be a bit of a climb if the lift is acting up, which happens more than we’d like. We just focus on getting the systems running right for the people who rely on us. There’s no talk of synergy or innovation here, just fixing what’s broken and making sure things stay running. It’s a small operation, and we like it that way because we can actually talk to each other without sending ten emails. It’s just us, doing our thing in Sector 4, day in and day out.
