Hyflys Software Private Limited

Our little setup at Hyflys Software Private Limited is on the second floor of a flat in Ram Vihar Colony, specifically FLAT N C 4. Chhapraula in Ghaziabad is where we ended up, and it is an interesting place to work from. Being in a residential colony means it feels a bit more like home than a corporate office. We have got our desks pushed up against the walls and wires running all over the floor, which we really should tidy up one of these days. We are mostly into software development, so there is a lot of typing and clicking going on from morning until night. The second-floor view isn’t much, just the street and other houses, but it is okay for us. We know the neighbors around here and they know we are the tech guys always coming and going at odd hours. Sometimes the stairs are a bit much when you are carrying heavy equipment or boxes, but it keeps the team fit. We do not have a big HR department or anything like that. If there is a problem, we just talk it out over a quick lunch. Ghaziabad can be quite dusty and loud sometimes, but once we are inside the flat with the fans going, it is a pretty good workspace. We have been here for a bit now and have sort of settled into the daily rhythm of the neighborhood.
