Honey Stationary is right here at 16/167, Aggersen Chowk. Being on the Main Road in Vasundhara means there is always noise from the traffic and the horns. We are quite close to the Mother Dairy, so people often stop in after they finish their milk run. The shop isn't massive, but we try to cram in as many notebooks and pens as the shelves can hold. Ghaziabad gets dusty, so I’m always wiping down the glass counters so the kids can actually see the geometry sets. In the evenings, it gets quite crowded with students looking for last-minute project papers or a specific blue ink refill. I usually have a tea sitting somewhere behind the counter, getting cold because someone needs a photocopy or a spiral binding done. It’s a lot of small transactions, one pen here, an eraser there. I write the prices on the back of my hand sometimes when I’m busy. The light near the back is a bit dim, but I know where every single pencil box is kept. It’s just how we spend our days, dealing with the school rush and making sure the inventory isn't a mess. The 201012 pin code area is home for us, and this shop is where we’ve been for years. It’s just basic stuff for the neighborhood, nothing too complicated about it at all. We just keep the doors open and do the work as it comes.
