Hiranwal Projects Private Limited

We are based at D-14/5 in Indrapuri, which is part of the Loni area in Ghaziabad. Hiranwal Projects has been working out of this spot for a while now. Loni is a busy place with a lot of noise and traffic, but our office stays fairly focused on the work at hand. We handle different types of project work, mostly focused on the building side of things. It’s a lot of phone calls and keeping track of laborers. My desk is usually covered in drawings and receipts from the hardware stores. We try to keep things organized but when you’re in the middle of a project, it gets messy. That’s just the way it goes. Uttar Pradesh has a lot of rules for building, so we spend a decent amount of time making sure the permits are in order. Some people find the paperwork boring, but it’s part of the job. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of employees. It's just a local group of us here. We know the neighbors and the local suppliers in Ghaziabad. Most of our work comes from word of mouth around the neighborhood. We don't do much advertising. We just show up and do the tasks that are assigned to us for the day. It’s hard work, but seeing a project go from a drawing to a real structure is a good feeling.
