We operate out of Tower 6 in the GH-7 area near Dundahera Crossing. It's part of Republic Crossing in Ghaziabad. Our space is basically Flat 9088 in Block D. It’s a residential building, so it feels more like a home than a stiff office. We have our desks set up in the main rooms and try to keep things running smoothly. Working in Ghaziabad has its own rhythm. The traffic at the crossing can be a nightmare during rush hour, so we usually try to time our arrivals to avoid the worst of it. The view from the 9th floor is actually pretty decent on days when the air is clear. We aren't some big tech giant with hundreds of employees. We’re just a small group handling things from this flat. It’s quiet enough for us to focus, though you hear the usual sounds of a big housing society. Kids playing, cars honking, that kind of thing. We’ve been at this spot for a while. Most of the people around here are families, so we keep a low profile. We don't have a big sign on the door or a reception area. If someone visits, they just ring the bell. It’s a very straightforward way of doing things. We like it this way because it’s comfortable and doesn't feel like a cold corporate environment. We just get on with our work every day and head home when the sun goes down. It’s just how we run things.
