Hcl Crm Group

The Hcl Crm Group is based at H 61 in New Ganga Vihar, which is right by the Loni Border in Ghaziabad. Being near the border means there is always a lot of movement and noise around us, but we have made a nice little workspace for ourselves inside. The building is a bit older and has its quirks, like a door that sticks and some uneven floors, but it serves us just fine. We handle all the CRM tasks from this location, so there are usually several people on phones or typing away at their computers. We do not have a big fancy office with glass walls or a lounge. It is just a practical place with desks, chairs, and a small area to make some tea. The team is local, and we all understand the daily grind of working in this part of Ghaziabad. We do not use any complicated business jargon or try to act like we are bigger than we are. We are just a group of people who know how to manage customer relations systems and we do it from this office every day. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed, though we do get busy when there are deadlines to meet. We have been at this address for a while and have no plans to move. It is a simple, honest setup where we focus on doing the job right without any unnecessary distractions or corporate fluff.
