We’ve set up shop in Pacific Business Park, which is in the Sahibabad area of Ghaziabad. Our specific office is B-408. Being in a business park means there are a lot of other companies around, so there’s a bit of a buzz in the hallways. Gradunext Technologies Private Limited has a decent little space on the fourth floor. It’s nothing too extravagant, just some sturdy desks and a couple of computers that have seen better days. We don't really care about having the latest furniture as long as we can get our work done. The 201010 area is pretty convenient for most of us to get to, though the commute can be a bit of a pain during rush hour. We spend most of our time just focusing on the tasks at hand. There’s no big manual on how we have to act or dress. We just treat each other with respect and try to be helpful when someone gets stuck. It’s a very grounded atmosphere. We don't make big promises or use fancy buzzwords to describe what we do. We just do the work and let that speak for itself. Most days are pretty routine, which is fine by us. We like the stability of coming into the same place and seeing the same people. It’s a small, hardworking group and we’re happy with that. We just do our bit and go home.
