GR BUILDTECH LLP operates out of VASHUNDHRA, at house number 14A/ 641. It’s actually at Shashi Bhushan’s place, so it feels more like a home office than a corporate building. We are just a small group of people working on building technology and construction projects. Being in Vasundhara is convenient because it’s close enough to everything but still has a bit of a residential feel. Our day starts early with a lot of phone calls to suppliers and checking on the status of various jobs. We don't have any fancy marketing brochures or a big sales team. Usually, people find us because Shashi knows them or they’ve seen the work we did for someone else nearby. The office is pretty simple—just a few computers, some chairs, and a lot of paper. We don't go in for all that corporate talk about being the best or whatever. We just try to do a decent job and not make too many mistakes. Construction is a messy business and there’s always something that goes wrong, like a delivery being late or the weather turning bad. We just deal with it as it comes. It’s a lot of hard work and long hours, especially when a project is nearing the finish line. We’ve been in this spot for a while now and we like the neighborhood. It’s just a regular local business doing what we know how to do, day in and day out.
