Goneo Technologies Private Limited is based out of the Mahagun area in Indirapuram. Specifically, we’re in the Osimo Block at flat number 104. It’s a residential-feeling spot which actually makes it quite nice to work in. Ghaziabad is a busy city, so having a place that feels a bit more tucked away is a plus for us. We've got a small team here, and we mostly just keep to ourselves. The 201010 area has changed a lot since we first arrived, but our daily routine stays mostly the same. We start in the morning, drink too much coffee, and try to get through the list of things to do. There isn't a lot of hierarchy or formal stuff going on. If someone has an idea, they just say it across the room. We don't have those fancy glass-walled conference rooms you see in movies. We just sit around a big table when we need to talk. It’s a very hands-on environment. Sometimes the internet acts up or the power flickers, but that’s just part of life here in Uttar Pradesh. We take it in stride and keep moving. There's no use getting stressed over the small things. We just enjoy the fact that we have a steady place to work and good people to work with. It's a straightforward setup and we like it that way. No fuss, just everyday work being handled by regular folks.
