We are Glomino Developers and our office is located in Ram Complex, Naya Khand-1. We are in office number one on the second floor, which is part of a commercial plot in Indirapuram. Ghaziabad is a crowded place, and our office reflects that a bit. It’s a small space, but it’s where we do all our planning and development work. We don't have any fancy mission statements or promotional slogans. We just try to get our projects finished without too many delays. The office is usually a bit of a mess with all the blueprints and folders we have to keep track of. We don't have a big corporate structure. It’s just a few of us who have been in the development business for a long time. We spend a lot of our time on the phone or out meeting with contractors. Sometimes the power goes out and we just have to sit and wait, but we usually find something to do. We don't use any marketing talk because it doesn't really fit who we are. We are just local people working in our own community. Most of our clients come to us because they’ve seen our name on a site somewhere in the city. We don't have a receptionist, so you just walk in and say hello. It’s a straightforward way to run things, and it works for us. We like the busy atmosphere of Indirapuram.
