Germane Teknologies India (P) Ltd.

Our office and workshop are out in Site IV of the Sahibabad Industrial Area. It’s a big place with high ceilings and a lot of metal beams. We have been operating Germane Teknologies India from here for quite some time now. The sounds of the machines are constant, a steady hum that you eventually stop hearing. We spend our days looking at technical drawings and making sure the parts are being made correctly. It’s not the cleanest environment, as there’s always a bit of grease or metal dust around, but we keep the work areas as tidy as possible. Most of us have been working together for years, so we don't need to say much to get the job done. Lunch is usually eaten together on the benches outside when the weather is decent. The commute out to Sahibabad can be a bit of a grind with the traffic, but once we’re inside the gates, it’s all about the work. We don't have a fancy lobby or a bunch of awards on the wall. We just have our tools and our machines. Sometimes things break down and we have to spend the whole night fixing them, but that’s just part of the business. It’s a straightforward life, focused on making things that work and keeping the production lines moving without too much fuss. We just keep our heads down and do the tasks that are on the schedule.
