Gendaram Constructions Private Limited has its office at 5/1451 in Vasundhra, Ghaziabad. We’ve been based in this part of Uttar Pradesh for a bit, and it’s a good location for us. The building is simple and easy to find once you are in the 201010 area. We do construction work, mostly local stuff that needs doing around the city. It’s not always glamorous work. Some days involve a lot of dust and loud machines, and other days are just spent sitting around the office making sure the accounts are right. We have a small crew that has been with us for years. We know each other's families and how everyone likes their tea. We don't have a marketing team or anyone to write fancy stuff for us. We just focus on the bricks and mortar. Ghaziabad is growing fast, so there is always something to fix or build. We try to stay organized, though some days the paperwork piles up higher than we'd like. Our office isn't very big, but it fits our desks and the filing cabinets. We don't promise anything impossible, we just show up and do the work we're hired for. It’s a practical way to earn a living. We’ve seen a lot of changes in Vasundhra over the years, and we are glad to be a part of it.
