Our office is tucked away in 1102B, Nirala's Eden Park. It’s a big residential complex in Ahinsa Khand II, Indirapuram. Working out of a place like this is different from a regular commercial building. It feels more like a home. We have a few rooms set up with computers and files. Gateway Enterprises has been running from here for a bit. Usually, it’s just the sound of keyboards clicking and the occasional phone ringing. We get our mail delivered to the main gate and have to walk down to pick it up. It’s a nice walk, actually. The view from the eleventh floor is pretty good, you can see a lot of the surrounding area. We don’t have a fancy lobby or a receptionist. If someone comes by, one of us just gets up to answer the door. We keep it simple. Most of our work is done online or over the phone anyway. Sometimes the elevator in the building acts up, and we have to wait a while, but that’s just how it is living and working in a high-rise. We have some plants on the balcony that I try to keep alive, though I forget to water them sometimes. It’s a quiet place to get things done without too much noise from the street. We just do our thing and try to stay on top of the tasks. It’s not a flashy lifestyle, but it keeps us busy and the bills paid every month.
