Garam Masala

You can find Garam Masala over at Shop No.17 in Raj Nagar. We are based in the Raj Nagar Extension area of Ghaziabad, specifically Sector 8. It’s a part of the city that is growing fast, and we’ve been here since the early days. The shop isn't big, but we make it work for us. Most of our time is spent in the kitchen or getting the tables ready for the next person. There is usually enough parking around the extension if you're driving. Being in Ghaziabad, we see a lot of families coming in, especially on a Sunday. It gets pretty lively and loud then. We don't use any fancy computers, just a simple pen and paper for taking orders. We like keeping it that way. Garam Masala is a common name, but this is just our own little spot. Shop No.17 is easy enough to spot from the road. The 201002 zip code area is where we live and work. Sometimes the traffic outside is a mess, but inside it stays quiet enough. We do all our own shopping for ingredients every morning. It keeps us busy from start to finish. We aren't trying to be the most famous place in Raj Nagar. Being a reliable spot where you know what you're getting is enough for us. There's no corporate office or anything, just us and the stove. We like the life here in Ghaziabad.
