We are up on the 13th floor of Tower 1B at Golf Links, Landcraft, right off NH 24 in Mehrauli. Being at Fusiontech Innovations Llp means dealing with the daily commute on the highway, which can be a bit of a headache sometimes. But once we get up to the office, the view is actually pretty good. You can see quite a bit from this high up. We have been in this space for a while now. It’s a typical office layout with rows of computers and a small break area where the kettle lives. Most of our day is spent looking at code or talking about project updates. It’s not always exciting, but it’s what we do. We are a small LLP so everyone knows everyone else. There isn't any of that corporate stuff where you don't know your boss's name. We just sit together and work through whatever comes our way. The building is usually quite busy with other companies too. Sometimes the 13th floor feels a bit far from everything, but it’s quiet enough for us to focus. We have some plants on the windowsills that we try to keep alive, though we forget to water them some weeks. It’s just a normal workplace with normal people trying to do their best. We like the location because it’s easy to explain to people where we are. We often walk around the grounds during lunch to get some fresh air away from the screens.
