Ftsg Innovations Private Limited is up on the tenth floor of DM 1002 in Nyaykhand 2, within Amrapali Village in Ghaziabad. It’s a residential complex, so it doesn't really look like an office from the outside. We have turned the flat into a workspace where we can focus on our innovation projects. It’s a bit of a different setup compared to a regular office building, but we find it works quite well for us. We have a small team, and we all sit together in what used to be the living room. There’s a nice view from the balcony, which is a good spot to take a break when things get stressful. We don't have a big budget for fancy office gear, so we just have the basics like laptops and a few sturdy desks. We aren't big on corporate rules or formal meetings. We just talk to each other and figure out what needs to be done. Ghaziabad is a hectic city, but once we are up here in the flat, it’s much more peaceful. We started this because we wanted to try out new ideas without all the pressure of a big company environment. Most of our work happens digitally, so we don't need a huge storefront. We just keep it simple and focus on building things that we find interesting. It’s a quiet way to run a tech business in a busy place and we like the independence it gives us.
