You can find us at R 2/57 in Raj Nagar. It’s a pretty standard residential area, and our office is just a part of that. Friend Estate Developers Llp was started by a couple of us who wanted to get into the property and development side of things. We aren't some huge firm with a glass office building. It’s more of a place where we sit down with a cup of chai and look at blueprints or talk to people about pieces of land. Raj Nagar is a good place to be because there is always something happening. We spend a lot of time driving around, looking at different sites, and talking to people who want to sell or build. It’s not always easy work, and there are plenty of days where things don't go as planned. We’ve had projects stall because of rain or just general delays with getting materials. But we stay at it. We like to think we are pretty straightforward people to deal with. We don't use a lot of fancy words or try to sell you something you don't need. It’s just about finding what works for the person we are helping. Most of our clients are just regular people from around the neighborhood. We’ve built up a bit of a reputation just by being around and doing what we say we’ll do. Anyway, that’s us in a nutshell. Not much else to say except that we are here most days if you need anything.
