We are located at C-9 in the Industrial Area on Meerut Road. It’s a busy part of town with a lot of trucks moving in and out all day. Fibre Floors India Pvt. Ltd. is basically a big warehouse and a small office attached to the front. We spend most of our time dealing with flooring materials, mostly the heavy stuff that people need for factories or big offices. The floor in our own shop is actually a bit scuffed up from moving samples around, which is a bit ironic I suppose. It gets quite loud with the machinery nearby, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We started small and just kept adding more racks for the rolls of material. It’s dusty work, and we all wear boots because you never know what’s on the ground. We don't have a big sales team. Usually, it's just me or one of the guys answering the phone when it rings. We keep a lot of stock on hand because people usually want their flooring right away. Meerut Road is always jammed with traffic in the mornings, so we try to get our deliveries out early. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s steady. We focus on the practical side of things. If someone needs a floor that won’t wear out in a year, they come talk to us. That’s about it.
