We are based in 1114 Catania, which is inside Mahagun Mansion Phase 1 in Vaibhav Khand. Indirapuram is full of these big complexes, and we’re right in the middle of one. Fcs Software Solutions Ltd operates from here. It’s a bit like working from a large apartment because that’s basically what it is. We have the kitchen for our tea and snacks, and the rooms have been turned into workspaces. It’s quite nice being in a place like Mahagun Mansion because there are trees around and it’s relatively secure. We spend our time writing code and managing software systems. Sometimes we have meetings in what used to be a dining room. It’s a relaxed atmosphere. We don't wear suits or anything like that. If someone is tired, they might just lean back on the sofa for a minute. The internet is pretty stable here, which is the main thing we need. We’ve got rows of monitors and a lot of power strips everywhere. It’s a bit of a hodgepodge of furniture—some desks match, some don't. We focus more on the projects we are handling than on how the office looks. It’s a good environment for thinking and getting through a long list of bugs. We like being in Ghaziabad. It's close to everything we need, and the commute isn't too bad for most of us. We just keep plugging away at the code and enjoy the coffee.
