We are Exalter Ewen Projects Private Limited and our office is on the ground floor at Plot No 912 in Niti Khand-1, Indirapuram. Being on the ground floor makes it easy for people to just walk in, which happens a lot. We have been in this part of Ghaziabad for several years now. The office is pretty basic, just some desks and a table for meetings. We don't believe in spending a lot of money on fancy decorations. Most of our budget goes into the actual projects we are working on. Our team is small and we all know each other well. We handle various project tasks, from planning to coordinating the actual construction on the ground. It’s not always a smooth process. There are days when nothing seems to go right, but that’s just the nature of the industry. We don't have a marketing department to write nice things about us. What you see is what you get. We try to be practical and avoid all that corporate jargon that doesn't really mean anything. Most of our day is spent talking to vendors or checking on the site progress. If you drop by Niti Khand, you’ll see we are just regular people doing a regular job. We know the Indirapuram area like the back of our hand. It’s a busy place, and we are happy to be a part of the local business community here.
