Erp Masters Private Limited is located over at 107, Shatabdipuram in the Govindpuram area. It’s a quiet enough spot, which really helps when you’re trying to focus on complicated business software. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there, just the ones who actually answer the phone when there's an issue. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a bunch of desks and monitors, but it’s where we spend most of our time. We focus on ERP systems because that’s what we know. A lot of businesses find that stuff confusing, so we try to make it work for them without a lot of fuss. It started out with just a couple of us who were tired of how complicated these systems were getting. Now there are a few more faces around the office. We usually grab lunch from the local shops nearby and talk about how to get the next project finished. There’s no big manual on how we do things; we just handle tasks as they come in. If someone calls with a problem, we look into it right away. We don't use a lot of jargon or try to sound smarter than we are. It’s just about making sure the software does what the client needs it to do so they can get on with their day. That’s pretty much the whole story of our office here in Shatabdipuram. We’re just regular people doing a job we’re good at.
