Eat Well

Our location is a bit of a mix because we are based in Ghaziabad but we are also right near the Jasola metro station and Apollo Hospital. It’s a busy junction where people are always in a hurry. You have folks coming from the hospital who look worried or tired, and then you have the metro commuters who are just trying to get home to Ghaziabad or Delhi. Eat Well is what we call our place, and we try to keep it as a calm spot in the middle of all that noise. The traffic near the metro station is always a mess, and the horns never seem to stop. We’ve grown used to it over the years. Our shop isn't anything special to look at from the outside. We have some basic seating and the kitchen is right there where you can hear the pans clanking. We get a lot of people asking for directions to the hospital or the station. It’s a weird spot to be in, stuck between two big cities, but it works for us. The floor is made of old tiles that have seen better days. We don't have a big staff, just a couple of guys who have been here since we opened. We spend our mornings cleaning up and getting the supplies in. It's hard work, but seeing people come back makes it feel okay at the end of the day.
