Earthshine Infrastructure is based at D-97 in Swarn Jayanti Puram, which is part of the Govindpuram area. Our office is a quiet little spot where we manage the various infrastructure tasks we have on our plate. We have been working in this part of the city for a bit now, and it’s a good location for reaching different neighborhoods. The day-to-day usually involves a lot of back-and-forth with contractors and checking on progress reports. We don't have a polished corporate image. Usually, the office is just filled with the sound of fans and people talking about site issues. We focus on the practical side of building and planning. It’s not always easy, especially when there are delays with supplies or bad weather, but we just keep moving. Most of us here have been in the construction industry for a while, so we know the local area well. Swarn Jayanti Puram is a decent place to be situated. We don't bother with big ads or anything like that. People mostly find us through local connections. We just try to do a solid job and make sure the projects stay on track. It is a lot of paperwork and a lot of time spent on the phone, but that is just how the infrastructure business works. We keep our overhead low and focus on the actual work that needs doing out in the field. It’s a humble setup but it works for us and our small crew.
