Our place, Devlakes It Solutions Private Limited, is over in Sanjay Nagar, Ghaziabad. The exact spot is N 520 B in Sector 23. It’s a bit of a residential feel around here which we actually like because it isn’t as loud as the main highway areas. We’ve been here for some time now and most of the neighbors know us by name. The office itself is just a regular room with enough space for our team to sit and handle the IT work that comes our way. Ghaziabad can get pretty dusty, so we are always cleaning the windows and the desks. We have a small corner for making coffee which gets used a lot in the mornings. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait for the backup to kick in, but that’s just how things are in this part of Uttar Pradesh. The 201002 area is growing fast though. There are more shops opening up nearby which is handy for when we need supplies. We don’t have any fancy posters or corporate slogans on the walls. It’s mostly just calendars and a few notes pinned up for various tasks. It’s a practical workspace. We aren’t trying to impress anyone with the decor. We just focus on getting through the daily list of things to do and making sure everything stays on track. It's a steady routine for us here in Sector 23.
