Our business, Dbros Projects, operates out of a space at D-30, SF-1B in Shouryapuram. That is near Bamhetta Village over by Lal Kuan in Ghaziabad. It’s a developing area with a lot of new housing and shops popping up. Our office is on the second floor, and it’s where we do all our planning and administrative work. We spend a lot of time dealing with the logistics of different project sites. Since we are near Lal Kuan, it is pretty easy to get onto the main roads, though the traffic can be a real headache in the mornings. We aren't a big firm with hundreds of people. It’s just a small group of us trying to keep things moving. We don't have a receptionist or anything like that; usually, whoever is closest to the phone just picks it up. Most of the time, our boots are a bit muddy from being out on the sites in Bamhetta. We just handle whatever comes up, from checking material quality to making sure the workers have what they need. It is simple, hard work. We like being in this part of Ghaziabad because you can see the results of your work right in the neighborhood. We don't use any fancy words to describe what we do. We just build things and manage projects from start to finish. It’s a practical way to earn a living and keep the whole operation going month after month.
