Our place is located over at E-13 in the Kavi Nagar Industrial Area. It is a busy spot with lots of trucks moving in and out all day long. The air usually smells a bit like metal and machinery because that is what everyone around here is working on. We have been in this specific unit for quite a while now. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we are usually too busy with the actual work to worry about that. Most days start early when the first shipments arrive. We spend a lot of time organizing things and making sure the orders are ready for the people who come to pick them up. It gets quite loud in the afternoons when all the neighbors have their machines running at the same time. Sometimes we have to shout a little bit just to hear each other over the noise from the street. We have a small office area tucked in the corner where we keep the records and handle the phone calls. It is not a fancy setup by any means. There are some old chairs and a desk that has seen better days, but it serves our purpose. People from other shops often stop by to chat or ask for a tool. It is that kind of neighborhood where everyone mostly knows what the others are doing. We just keep our heads down and stay on top of the daily tasks.
