We’re based in H. No. 36 in Nayi Basti, which is part of the Vijay Nagar area in Ghaziabad. It’s a very local, lived-in neighborhood. There aren't many big tech signs around here, just regular houses and small shops. Our place at Creature Software Solutions is pretty modest. We have a couple of rooms set up with desks and the internet connection is usually decent enough for what we do. It’s a practical location for us because it’s close to home for most of the team. We don't spend money on fancy decorations or expensive office furniture. We’d rather just have good computers and a quiet corner to work in. Sometimes the neighborhood gets a bit noisy with kids playing or people going about their business, but we don't mind it much. It feels more real than being stuck in a glass box in a corporate park. We’ve been working from this house for a while. We handle software tasks as they come in. There isn't a big hierarchy here. Everyone just knows what they need to do and gets on with it. We drink a lot of tea and usually order lunch from one of the nearby stalls. It’s a simple life and a simple way to run a software company. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to do our jobs well and keep the lights on in Vijay Nagar. It works for us and the work gets done.
