Creative It Solutions

Our small office, Creative It Solutions, is located at S-985 in Mangolpuri. It’s a busy neighborhood and we’ve been here long enough to know most of the people on our block. We mostly spend our time fixing computers and helping people with their tech problems. It might be a slow laptop or a printer that refuses to connect, we see it all. The shop is often cluttered with spare parts and old monitors that we use for testing. We don’t have a fancy showroom. Most people just walk in with their machines under their arms. We listen to what's wrong, take a look, and tell them what we can do. Sometimes the repair is easy, and other times we have to wait for a part to arrive in the mail. We try to keep things simple and don't use a lot of technical talk that nobody understands. It’s just us working with our hands and our brains to solve problems. The lighting in the back could be better, but we have good lamps on the workbenches. Mangolpuri is a lively place to work, and there’s always something going on outside our door. We just stay focused on the work at hand and try to get people's devices back to them as fast as we can. It's practical work that keeps the community connected, and we enjoy being part of the local mix.
