We are over in Nandgram, which is a busy part of Ghaziabad. Our address is R-3, and it’s a pretty local vibe around here. You won't find any skyscrapers in this part of town. It’s just regular buildings and a lot of people going about their business. We do tech work, mostly focused on small apps and digital stuff. The office isn't very big, and it gets a bit cramped when we are all in at the same time. Nandgram can be noisy with the traffic and the shops nearby, but we’ve gotten used to it. We don't have a fancy website with stock photos of people in suits. We usually just wear jeans and t-shirts. We have a small kitchen area where we make tea, and that’s about as far as the amenities go. It’s a practical setup for a small business. Most of our neighbors are families or small shop owners. We like being part of a real neighborhood instead of a sterile office block. Some days we have issues with the power, but we have a backup for that. We just try to provide what people need from a tech perspective and keep our costs low. It’s not a glamorous life, but it’s our work and we take it seriously enough. The commute here can be a bit of a mess, but we manage somehow. We just keep things practical.
