Coninja Agency Private Limited is based out of Flat No. 001 on the ground floor of Coral-B. This is inside Shalimar City in Sahibabad. It’s a bit of a different setup because we’re right there in a residential complex. It makes the morning commute very easy for those of us who live nearby. Being on the ground floor is handy for when we have deliveries or just want to step out for a minute for some fresh air. The office feels very much like a home office, which makes it a comfortable place to spend the day. We aren't a giant agency with hundreds of people. We’re a small group that works together on various projects. Sometimes the hallways are busy with people living their lives, and you can hear kids playing outside, which is actually quite nice. It keeps things from feeling too stiff or corporate. We do our work at our own pace but we always make sure things get finished. We don't use a lot of fancy jargon or try to impress people with big words. We just tell it like it is. If we can do something, we do it. If we can’t, we say so. It’s a simple way to work, and it seems to work out okay for everyone involved. We’ve got our computers, a decent coffee machine, and enough space to get the job done.
