Condos Realtech India Private Limited

We’ve got our setup for Condos Realtech India Private Limited over at Kh. No. 125 in Kaveri City-2, which is part of the Loni area in Ghaziabad. It’s an interesting place to work because you can see the city growing every single day. We’re right there in the middle of all the new construction and dust. Our office is pretty basic. We’ve got some chairs that aren't the most comfortable and a desk that’s been around for years. We spend most of our time looking at land documents and talking to people who want to move into the area. Loni can be a bit chaotic with all the traffic and the noise, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We aren't a big fancy operation with hundreds of employees. It’s just a few of us making sure everything runs the way it’s supposed to. Some days are slow and we just sit around talking about the news, and other days we don't even have time to eat lunch because there are so many people coming in. We don't do any of that slick marketing stuff. We just tell people what the situation is with the plots and the buildings. If you come by, you’ll probably find us sorting through a stack of papers or on the phone with a site manager. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy from morning until evening. We like being part of the Kaveri City community.
