COLONIZE CONSTRUCTIONS (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED is located in Loni at SLF Ved Vihar. We have a space on the upper ground floor, Flat No UGF-02. It is right there at Plot N D-187 and D-188. Loni is a unique place to work, and we have been here long enough to see how the neighborhood grows and changes. We handle construction tasks, mostly focusing on small to medium projects around the local area. It is a one-person company officially, but there are always laborers and suppliers coming in and out of the office. Things can get a bit cramped when we are all there at once trying to look at blueprints. We don't have any fancy mission statements or corporate goals. We just want to finish the current job so we can move on to the next one. Building things in this part of town requires knowing the local landscape. Sometimes the electricity goes out or the water supply is tricky, but we just deal with it. We keep our overhead low so we can keep working through the slow times. It is a lot of manual work and checking measurements over and over. We aren't the type to wear suits to work. Usually, we are covered in some kind of dust or dirt by noon. That is just how the construction life is in Loni, and we are fine with that. It is honest work and it keeps us busy.
