Our office is at D-6 in Sector 9, over in New Vijay Nagar. Ghaziabad is a bit loud and crowded, but we are used to it by now. We’ve been running Codefree for a while. It’s mostly systems and tech work that we do here. We aren't a huge team, just a few people who know their way around a computer pretty well. The space is a bit cramped with all the servers and cables lying around, but it works for us. We don't spend much on decorations or fancy things. The walls are mostly bare because we prefer focusing on the tasks people give us. It is more practical that way. Sometimes the power goes out unexpectedly, but we have a backup system. It’s just how things are in this part of town. We get our daily tea from the guy around the corner. He knows how we like it. We don't have any big corporate goals or fancy speeches. We just want to do the work and make sure the systems stay up for whoever needs them. It’s straightforward. If you come by, you’ll probably see us hunched over keyboards. We don't talk much during the day when we are busy. New Vijay Nagar is a good spot for us because it is easy for the guys to get here. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just like solving the puzzles that come with technology. It is a living.
