If you know the 201012 area, you know it’s always crowded and there’s always something being dug up. We’ve been right in the middle of it for a while. Construction in a city like this is a real challenge because there’s never enough space to move. We spend a lot of time just figuring out where to park the equipment without blocking the whole street. Our office is small, but it’s enough for what we need. We don't do the whole corporate thing with fancy coffee and big meetings. Usually, we’re just drinking tea and looking at site plans on a messy desk. It’s a lot of coordination between the laborers and the suppliers. Sometimes things go wrong, a pipe breaks or the cement doesn’t show up, and you just have to fix it. That’s the reality of infrastructure work. We aren't here to promise anything impossible. We just show up and do the work that’s assigned to us. Most of our projects are local, so we see them every day when we’re driving around. It’s nice to see something finished after all the sweat and noise. Ghaziabad keeps growing, and we’re just a small part of that whole process, keepin' our heads down and working.
