Cinas Technologies Private Limited

Cinas Technologies Private Limited is located in Panchsheel Greens, which is over in Greater Noida West. Our office is C2-906, so we are part of this massive residential society. It’s a bit of a trek to get out here if you’re coming from Noida, but once you’re inside the gates, it’s quite peaceful. We’ve set up our equipment in one of the apartments on the ninth floor. It’s not your typical corporate environment with glass partitions and nameplates. We have our computers on simple tables and we use the balcony to take breaks and get some fresh air. The society has a lot of green space, which is why it’s called Panchsheel Greens. We mostly keep to ourselves and focus on our projects. The internet is good here, which is really all we need to stay productive. Sometimes we grab lunch at the small shops right outside the main gate. The team is small, so we don't have many formal meetings. We just talk across the room when something needs to be discussed. It’s a very relaxed atmosphere where everyone knows what they have to do. We prefer this kind of setup because it cuts out a lot of the stress of a traditional office. It’s just a group of people working together in a quiet corner of Greater Noida. We often see the sun setting behind the other towers while finishing up for the day.
