Cestos Soft is tucked away over in Nehru Nagar. If you know Ghaziabad, you know it can get pretty crowded around here. Our office is at F-37, and it’s a decent enough space for what we do. We’ve been working on software for a bit now, just trying to get things right for the people who ask us for help. It’s not always easy, and sometimes the air conditioning acts up, but we get through the day. The team here is small. We aren't trying to be some giant corporation with hundreds of employees. We just like writing code and making sure it actually works. There's a lot of back and forth in the office, plenty of talking about how to fix this or that. We drink a lot of chai from the stall nearby. It helps when we're stuck on a particularly annoying bug. Nehru Nagar is a busy place, and being in the 201001 zip code keeps us close to everything we need. We don't have a big sign or anything flashy. Most people find us through word of mouth or because they live nearby. We just want to do a solid job and go home to our families at the end of the day. It’s a practical way to run a business. We focus on the tasks at hand and don’t worry too much about the rest. This is just how we operate daily. We're just people doing our work.
