Butfirstcode Technologies is based at number 57 in Laxmi Vihar Colony. That is in the Shahpur Bamheta part of Ghaziabad. It is a fairly typical neighborhood with houses and small shops scattered around. We chose this location because it was available and it fits our style. We are not interested in having a fancy office in a high-rise building. We prefer being close to the ground here in the colony. Our team is small, just a few people who really enjoy coding. The name of the company pretty much says it all. We usually start our day by opening up our laptops and getting straight to work. There isn't much ceremony here. We don't have long meetings that go nowhere. We just talk across the room to each other when we need help. The area can get a bit dusty with all the construction going on nearby, but we don't really notice once we are focused on the screens. We started this company because we wanted to do things our own way. No suits, no corporate rules, just building software that works. We have a lot of regular days where nothing much happens except for writing line after line of code. It is honest work. We don’t make big promises we cannot keep. We just tell people what we can do and then we go ahead and do it. That is how we have always operated since we first moved into this building.
