Bmsa Technologies Private Limited is located over in Vaishali, Ghaziabad. Our office is on the first floor, specifically F-2, Plot No Sector - 9, in the Judge Colony area. It’s a pretty established part of town, so things are mostly organized around here. We like being in Judge Colony because it’s a bit more professional but still has that local feel. The office itself is just a regular floor with some partitions and a lot of hardware. We spend our days dealing with various tech tasks, and while it isn't always exciting, it’s what we are good at. We don't have a lot of rules about how people dress or when exactly they take their lunch, as long as the work gets finished on time. There’s a lot of back-and-forth between the staff, usually shouting questions across the room instead of sending emails. It’s a very direct way of working. We’ve been in this spot for a while and the landlord is a nice guy who leaves us to our own devices. The commute into Ghaziabad can be a bit rough if you’re coming from far away, so we try to make the office as comfortable as possible. We have a small area for making snacks and a lot of bookshelves filled with old manuals and some random novels people left behind. It’s just a normal place where normal people come to work on technology every day. We just stay focused on the day's goals.
