Bluewatertech Services Private Limited is a local outfit, and being on the ground floor makes it easy for us to get in and out. Indirapuram is a busy place, always something happening on the streets, and we are right in the thick of it. Our office is a simple one. We didn't spend a lot on fancy furniture or decorations because we’d rather spend that on better computers and tools. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze when everyone is in at the same time, but we make it work. There’s a small tea shop just around the corner that we visit way too often. We know most of the people around this part of Gyan Khand by now. We aren't a big multinational corporation with offices in every country; we are just here in Ghaziabad doing our bit. The work we do is technical, but we explain it in normal terms to anyone who asks. We don't have any grand slogans or a big marketing team telling us what to say. We just show up in the morning, open the shutters, and get to work on whatever projects are currently on the desk. It’s a straightforward life. Some days the power goes out and we have to wait for the backup to kick in, but that’s just part of living and working in this area. We keep things moving regardless of the small hurdles.
