Bittu General Store

We are over here in Budh Vihar, Ghaziabad. Bittu General Store is on Gali No. 5, right by the Bypass Road. It is a busy place because of the road traffic, but we are used to the noise and the horns by now. We have been serving the local community for a long time. People come in for all sorts of things, from snacks to small items for their kitchen. It is just a typical general store. We don't have a website or any fancy marketing or social media. If you live in Budh Vihar, you probably know where we are already. The shop is usually full of boxes because we get new shipments in all the time. Sometimes the fans don't work great in the summer heat, so it gets a bit warm inside for us and the customers. We just deal with it. It’s a family-run thing and we take pride in knowing the names of our neighbors. Ghaziabad is a fast-growing city with many changes, but Gali No. 5 still feels like a small community to us. We open when the sun comes up and close when things get quiet at night. It is a lot of standing on your feet all day and counting change. But seeing the same faces every day makes the work feel okay. We just provide the basics for the people here.
