You can find Binayah Builders Private Limited up on the 10th floor of Block-I, specifically at I-1023 in Avenue Gaurcity-1. We are located in Sector-4, Chipyana Khurd Urf Tigr. Being up on the 10th floor gives us a pretty good view of the surrounding area, which is always changing with new buildings going up. It is a busy part of the city. We spend our days managing construction projects and dealing with all the paperwork that comes with it. Builders have a lot on their plates, from sourcing materials to making sure the workers are on schedule. It is never as easy as it looks on paper. Things go wrong, deliveries are late, or the weather does not cooperate, but we just deal with it. Our office is a busy place, usually filled with blueprints and various samples. We have been operating out of Gaurcity-1 for some time and have gotten used to the rhythm of this place. The elevators can be slow during lunch hour, but that is just life in a big block. We are not here to promise anything impossible. We just put in the hours and try to build things that will last. It is honest work and we take it seriously. Most of us live nearby, so we have a personal stake in how this neighborhood develops over the years. We just keep our heads down and work hard to make things happen.
