Bhatt Ji Buildcon is a small place tucked away in Gali No. 2, right off the Main Road in Brij Vihar. We’re in Muradnagar, which is part of Ghaziabad, and we’ve been here for a good bit of time. The office is right there in the middle of the bustle, so there’s always something going on outside the door. We handle various building and construction jobs, mostly locally. It’s a family-style setup, where we know our workers and the people who live nearby. We don’t have a big reception desk or a shiny lobby; it’s just a couple of rooms where we keep our tools, some blueprints, and a table for tea. The main road can get pretty crowded, especially during the morning rush, but it’s a good spot because everyone knows where Brij Vihar is. We spend most of our time out on the sites, checking that the walls are straight and the materials are what they should be. Running a buildcon company in Muradnagar means dealing with the heat and the dust, but that’s just part of the job. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in Ghaziabad, just one that does the work and doesn't cause trouble. People stop by to chat about their houses or just to say hello. It's a very local way of doing business, and it works for us. We just take the projects as they come and try to do an honest job every day for the community.
