Bharadwaj Bharadwaj & Associates is located out in Indirapuram, Ghaziabad. It is a busy residential and commercial hub, and we have been part of the landscape for a while now. The office is pretty basic, just a place to set up the laptops and get to work. We don't have a receptionist in a suit or a fancy waiting area with magazines nobody reads. Instead, we have a couple of sturdy tables and chairs that have seen a lot of use. Ghaziabad is a fast-growing place, and we see the changes every time we look out the window. New buildings go up, and the roads get busier, but our routine stays mostly the same. We handle the daily tasks as they come. Some days are more hectic than others, especially when deadlines are looming, but we try not to let it get to us. We’re just a group of people trying to do a good job without making a big fuss about it. The commute can be a bit of a grind depending on where you are coming from, but once we are in the office, things settle down. We drink a lot of chai and talk about the news between tasks. It’s a real place with real people who don’t take themselves too seriously but take the work seriously enough. We don't have any interest in being fancy. We just stay focused on the lists we make every morning.
