We have been operating from this residential complex for some time now. It’s a nice area, quite different from the busier industrial parts of Ghaziabad. Our office is set up to be functional. We aren't interested in looking like a big fancy firm. We just need enough space for our computers and the paperwork that comes with infra projects. Living and working in Indirapuram is convenient because everything is close by. We spend a lot of time coordinating with different teams and making sure the supplies are moving. Sometimes the office gets a bit cramped when everyone is in at once, but we make it work. We don't have a lot of rules about how things should look, as long as the work is getting done correctly. Most of our neighbors in Jaipuriya Sunrise Greens are used to seeing us coming and going at odd hours. We don't use marketing talk because our work usually speaks for itself. It’s a steady pace of life here. We just take it one day at a time, making sure the project deadlines are met without too much stress. That is the way we like to do things around here.
