Bay20 Software Services

Our office is up on the third floor of the Aditya Mega City Mall in Indirapuram. We are in units T9 and T10 and it’s a bit of a walk through the mall to get to the elevators. Working in a mall is a bit strange because you see people shopping while you are heading in to write code. Bay20 Software Services has been here for a while and we have a nice view of the Vaibhavkhand area from some of the windows. Inside it is mostly rows of computers and a lot of tangled wires under the desks. We spend the whole day staring at screens and typing away while the mall music hums faintly in the distance. It is a good spot because we can just go downstairs for lunch or grab a coffee whenever we need a break from the monitors. Sometimes the air conditioning in the building is a bit too cold so most of us keep a sweater at our desks even in summer. The team is pretty focused and we don't spend much time on meetings unless something really needs fixing. It’s a busy atmosphere with people coming and going and the mall security guards usually recognize us by now. We just focus on getting the software tasks done and keeping things running smoothly for the projects we have on our plates right now.
