Balbiri Construction Private Limited is our company and we are over in Indirapuram, Ghaziabad. The office is at 12/02 Gf Ban Road in Shipra Sun City. My father, Mani Ram, was the one who really got things started, and we’ve just kept it going since then. It’s a busy spot to have a business, but there’s always work to do in this part of Uttar Pradesh. We mainly do construction projects, whether it’s a whole building or just some smaller work. We don't have any of those shiny brochures or a fancy sales team. We just sit down with people and talk about what they need. Sometimes the office gets a bit cluttered with blueprints and samples, but that’s just part of the job. Construction is hard work and you’re always dealing with the weather and the noise. We manage the laborers and make sure the bricks and cement arrive on time, which is sometimes easier said than done. We don't try to sound corporate because we aren't. We’re just local people who know how to get things built. It’s satisfying to see a project finished, even if there are a few headaches along the way. People in Ghaziabad know us as a straightforward business. We just want to do our work and keep the name my father started in good standing. It’s a practical way to earn a living and stay busy.
