BAISOYA CONSTRUCTION PRIVATE LIMITED

We are based out of Plot Number D-43 in Rameshwar Park. This is in the Loni area of Ghaziabad. Baisoya Construction Private Limited is the name on our papers, but we’re just a local crew doing our thing. Loni is a busy place, and there’s always something being built or fixed. We’ve got a small space where we keep our records and meet with the foremen. It’s nothing fancy, just some desks and chairs and a lot of maps of the area. We do a lot of residential work, mostly around Ghaziabad. The traffic around here can be a real headache when we’re trying to move machinery. We’ve had to learn the back roads to get things delivered on time. We don't have a big corporate structure. If something goes wrong on a site, I usually just drive over there myself to see what’s going on. We use local labor because they’re hardworking and they know the neighborhood. It’s not always easy, especially when prices for steel and cement go up out of nowhere. We just try to manage the budget as best we can. We’ve been at this for a few years now. People know us in Rameshwar Park. We don't do a lot of talking; we just prefer to let the buildings speak for themselves. It’s a practical way to run a business.
